Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
If you believe copyrighted work is available on this website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify the following designated agent of WRE (“Operator”) in writing:

Notification Requirements
Your written notification (the “Notification”) must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that is the subject of the claimed infringement, or a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient information to locate it.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the Notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner or an authorized representative.
Operator's Response
Upon receipt of a valid Notification, Operator will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Forward the Notification to the alleged infringing party (the “Impacted Party”).
- Notify the Impacted Party that the material has been removed or disabled.
Counter Notification
The Impacted Party may submit a written Counter Notification, which must include:
- Identification of the removed or disabled material and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misclassification.
- The Impacted Party’s contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant U.S. federal district court.
- A physical or electronic signature of the Impacted Party.
Operator's Response to Counter Notification
Upon receipt of a valid Counter Notification, Operator will:
- Send a copy of the Counter Notification to the original complainant.
- Inform the complainant that the material will be restored in 15 business days.
- Restore the material unless the complainant provides evidence of a legal action within 15-30 business days.
